Today we had the pleasure to arrange another meeting between our students and friends from the Triratna International Council as well as with Dhammamitra Erik Westrup (software engineer). Each of our guests held a small inspirational and motivational talk to our students to motivate them to study, and shared some tips for working in the IT field.
Our students were happy and eager to meet the council members, and for many of them it was their first meeting with someone from the west. We are delighted in offering them a chance to build connections and get inspired from these meetings, to advance their own career through education in IT.
The council members were eager to learn about the success of Aryaloka as an inspiration of how they can reach out to people on different levels than is currently done in their centres. Aryaloka offers this opportunity to students to gain IT skills to start building a quality life and also the opportunity to learn life-management skills.
